After receiving such amazing feedback for the International Women's Day Video, I was eager to get back into the community to film on International Day of Happiness. When brainstorming on where to shoot, I came across The Flourishing Center. They were hosting an awesome party to celebrate everything #happiness. What an awe-inspiring experience!
The event offered positive psychology based games and activities and a huge happiness wall. I was fortunate enough  to chat with Founder Emiliya Zhivotovskaya. The Center, opened in 2008, is dedicated to increasing the flourishing of individuals, organizations and communities world wide. Also, Emiliya is the creator of the acclaimed Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program. It was a fantastic event and I met some beautiful people!

Shortly after, we headed to the subway tunnel on 14th and 6th avenue, to meet with Linjie Deng. He is a New York City Artist, who curated a massive "Post It" Happiness Wall. There I had the chance to chat with Linjie as well as the New Yorkers who were responding to the question... "What is Happiness?"
There were 1000s of post it's flooding the subway walls. For me I wrote, Happiness is " Love and Music" Stay for more Mindful videos.
